The Triune God, Father-Son- Spirit,
is with us, in us, among us around us...
Get in touch with that ineffable presence..
Be conscious of that peace-giving presence,
that healing presence,
that saving presence.
Be conscious of your inner experiences of joy, peace, anxiety, doubt,
anger, love, sadness, uncertainty, enthusiasm, boredom...
Our daily life is made up of such experiences (inner movements)...
They in fact influence the decisions that we make in our day-today life...
Examining such experiences and discerning them would be a great help
in determining whether those experiences are life-affirming or life-denying...
If they are life-affirming and positive give thanks to God of all goodness.
But if they are recognized as life-denying and negative ask the Lord
to heal us. Pray an "Our Father"...
